Homework .. hope its not due in tomorrow :D

Looks more a full semesters workload.
 

Quite a problem you have :)

Try to find code for each task you have. First you need digital input/output. Take a look how you can configurate them.

Then take a look how to implement a timer and so on and on.

Read pic datasheet!!! You will find a lot of answers to your questions in there.
But you can't expect that some one else will do the work for you!

i found that sheet and i want to learn and training by solving them.
just it
 

then stop wasting your time here and start working on it now!

Seems you have deleted your original info sheet, cannot remember all it contained, but think it was quiet complex.

Its a month since you first posted it , so assume you have done something ?

Let us know what you have got in terms of hardware and software, what you have done so far and what you are stuck on; then perhaps we can help you.
