Any ARM chip available with Dynamic-RAM? with SDXC?

There are lots of chips in this world, especially ARM flavors. If you know of any ARM chips that have any of the following then please reply.

#1 - What is the most Static-RAM you seen integrated in an ARM microcontroller IC?

#2 - What is the most Dynamic-RAM you seen integrated in an ARM microcontroller IC? Do any of these exist? Kind of like the Apple A4 SOC, but something that anyone could buy. It would be really great to see an ARM chip that has enough embedded DRAM that could run Linux. .

#3 - What is the most FLASH you seen integrated in an ARM microcontroller IC? The ST-Micro STM32F family has chips with 1 MB of Flash.
