Hello....friends...

I want to know........information contain in this files.........process file, rule file, and runset file.........

please give short and sweet answer..........

Have a great day.......

Re: Difference between process file, rule file, runset file

  • process file: contains process (physical & technological) parameters
  • rule file: contains the rules for DRC, ARC (antenna rules check), extraction or LVS
  • runset file: contains a full set of conditions for a program to be run (e.g extraction, simulation), plus the locations (paths) of all necessary (input & output) files
Hope this is short enough? Have fun!
