Dear all,

I would like to do a simple xor operation on spatren 3e starter kit along with functional generator to give input(Ex:a,b) and CRO to collect the output(Ex:z).Can u please explain me how can i assign pins in the board.i mean i want to interface hardware sparten3e kit,functional generator and CRO.i will be greatful to u
