What is the optimum packet size for each data rate?

Link Data rate Link BER
4 Mbps 5 x 10-5
11 Mbps 1 x 10-4
22 Mbps 3 x 10-4
54 Mbps 9 x 10-4

Assume that the velocity of propagation is 3 x 10^8 m/s and that frame processing times can be
neglected, Acknowledgement transmission times can also be neglected.

I just cant find a way to do this, can anyone please help, its driving me mad
