LVS Failed Error
Hello everyone!
I am working on a voltage comparator for my class. I have the simulations working, and have gotten the layout to pass DRC. However, running LVS turned up,
"Job ......... Failed."
So, I checked the output log file, and found that the error seems to be in the schematic netlisting phase, with error,
"......... AEL's Message: Missing CDF Parameter."
Having seen that, I went ahead and made sure that the value of lambda was specified by doing CDF--->Edit. I then ran the simulation of the circuit, and made sure that there were no errors. I then came back and re-extracted my layout. But, I still end up with the "Missing CDF Parameter" error in the output log file.
Therefore, I would very much appreciate it if I could get some help in this forum in debugging my LVS issues... are there certain paramters other than lambda that I need to add?
