hi friends,
I am new to this dot matrix.I have to design scrolling message display 8x8 dot matrix
unit.I am finding trouble in scrolling the array of characters and even i have leakage current from the shift registers 74HC164 to the ULN2003A. displaying a
character on LED matrix all other LEDs are glowing low and the character's leds are glowing bright.so please help me out friends with this issue.
