hello
I tried to open a .brd file in orcad pcb editor and I saw this massage:"warning(spmhod-33):database was last save by a higher tier tool...allegro export.there may be constraints,
rules and other design data that may be ignored in this tool."
I ignored it but I can't see components & tracks in pcb and change them . is there any help?
