multiplexing of 25 ssd

I want to multiplex 25 no. of 2.3 " seven segment display(common anode).
I am using driver (uln 2804) for each display (25 nos.)
And now confusion is how to refresh it.By simple multiplexing is it possible?
It will look flicker or not?
(In my project this it the only task to display presetted value on display no other parameter.)
Or I have to use another technique as latch etc.If yes how many latches should be used?
please help me anyone.
