problem with lg crt color tv

hi my friends
i have a problem with picture tv lg model cf-21s32ex that light of picture increase and decrease freqently and opaque i am tested when unplug crt tube socket and all voltage fixed but when plug in socket in tube voltages varies specially g2 voltage,send me solves ,please help me !!!
