Can anyone help me ??
ITS URGENT!!!!
I am using Port0 of 89C51RD2 in my final year project
When i simulate my code,its working properly but when i burn the IC Port0 is latched up to 5V

Code:

ORG 0000H
MOV A,#00H
MOV P0,A
MOV A,#0AAH
BACK: MOV P0,A
ACALL DELAY
CPL A
SJMP BACK
DELAY:
MOV R7,#05H
LEB1:MOV R5,#0FFH
LEB2:MOV R6,#0FFH
AGAIN: DJNZ R6,AGAIN
DJNZ R5,LEB2
DJNZ R7,LEB1

Try to test port1 insted of port0

Port 0 is an 8-bit open drain bidirectional I/O port. Need Pullup Resistor...
 

thanks Thomas but i have already connected 10k pull ups to this port

Added after 1 minutes:

i am bind to use port 0 only...so is there any solution
 

just test this for port1 and feedback the result
