sparse matrix for ldpc in matlab

HOw do i generate a sparse matrix for ldpc in matlab?The matlab demo shows for a smaller value.I need for higher values.
I tried generating but then the last (N-K) columns of the parity-check matrix must be invertible in GF(2).

pls help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
