Our project is regarding to recognise a scanned character by converting into a matrix form. we have question regarding how to convert input in bipolar form?
We r training the n/w by creating the matrix of 10*10 elements for each letter and then converting in a column matrix form, but what should be the input while testing the n/w? If anybody can give guidance regarding this, then please reply us soon.

Thanks for ur reply.
I've gone through those links earlier. but for my project, m just not getting how to give input for testing the nn. the user can select any of the char image, i want to pass that img as i/p, but problem is that it is not converting into a vector matrix.
