Realtime video computing

:?: Our R&D department are looking for a microprocessor (or a couple of IC) able to digitize video (like BT829) from an encoded SECAM source, fast enough (100-200 MIPS ?) to compute some *complex calculations* (brute force on the encoded frames) in real time, and output the decoded video to the SECAM format (like BT869).
What µP do you recommend ? STPC Consumer II from ST seems great since it includes video digitizer/encoder but we can't work with PBGA package : TQFP only (or PQFP).

What's the best solution ?

I'm lost ! :?

Any help will be welcome
