or cadence mannual

Does anyone have the e-book of CMOS Circuit Design Layout and Simulation?

I think "The art of anlog Layout, by Alan Hasting" is best

let's see you are really a layout designer or only a layout guy
to be an expert, sure you need to get familiar with those process stuff, and with circuit background...

but as fast start, i recommend this book, i feel very practical, though i already been some days for layout and then bought this, i feel if i read it at the begining, i will understand more about layout " IC mask design" even for non technical ppl can read it easily

Anyone has a copy of this book "IC Mask Design: Essential Layout Techniques"
by Christopher Saint, Judy Saint

<<IC MASK DESIGN>> is a good book for beginner

IC MASK DESIGN,ESSENTIAL LAYOUT TECHNIQUES

by christopher Saint /judy saint

is a good book for beginers in layout design.

Hi there..is there anybody who knows about vlsi design layout? I m currently on a project tittled " vlsi layout design of a dynamic clock divider".. and i m just a begineer in this field..can anybody tell me how to get started ? i mean which part should i focus more on?

first read IC MASK DESIGN

and then read art of layout .

i am also a beginner in layouts .cadence (virtuoso) is a good tool to learn layouts .Anotherone is Laker tool

Added after 3 minutes:

a good book to learn basic layouts is
CMOS IC LAYOUT
Concepts And methodologies And Tools

By Dan Clein

for beginner, i suggest you read
IC Mask Design: Essential Layout Techniques wroten by Christopher Saint, Judy Saint
first
then you can study
The Art of Analog Layout wroten by Alan Hastings

i have used laker it is a good tool

Where can I find this book? Thanks.

IC Mask Design: Essential Layout Techniques
by Christopher Saint, Judy Saint

you can use this book

J.P. uyemura " physical design of CMOS Integrated circuits using L-EDIT "

hope that will help
