Hi, everyone
I am a little confused about the concepts and the characteristics of the different MOSFET operation regions.
for MOSFET operating under saturation region
it is called triad region
under certain condition, the MOSFET can be used as a resistor, so it is also called linear region
The linear region should belong to the triad region. But what are their differences?
besides, under threshold, MOSFET can perform subthreshold conduction, has exponential characteristics. It is called subthreshold region
