All,

I am using Tetramax ATPG tool to find the coverage due to a scan chain in a digital design.

What is the Tetramax command for clearing the tool's memory and re-starting analysis?

For example, Synopsys Design Compiler uses "remove_design -all" to clear all the data in this tool's memory. What is the corresponding command in Tetramax?

Regards,
animotion
