How would you calculate them by hand?
If you have the formula you should write an ocean script(actually just a command) or ask the Calculator in the GUI. As far as I know Spectre is a simulator. For post processing the results you need other programs.
Eldo gives you the static power consumption. In order to calculte the dynamic power, calculate the total power consumption (U*I) and then subtract the static power.
Whith spectre I have no Idea.
hello , you can plot VDD(t)Idd(T) using tran analysis , and then using calculator , calculate average of vdd(t)Idd(T) , it gives you dynamic power of the gate, but for static , i have no idea
