HI,
I want to learn programing but I do not know
where to start by.Anyone can help me please?

I just finished the Introduction to MS Visual Basic. Now its VB 2008, or just .NET
Its a simple process to understand, but difficult to do if you don't practice it a lot or use it almost daily.
You need a Book for the version your going to use.
I could never have figured that out without the Classroom instruction.

I would be interested in a Video presentation of the PIC programming, just as a curiousity. PIC might be more useful for small projects than .NET is.

if you want to learn programming and understand
learn 'c programming ' first.

take a good book on 'c' and try reading it first .
again read , before you start typing the first program.

dont consider any other language in the first phase.

write very small programs and very basic programs by yourself and test it.
you require a c compiler for which consider KISS compilers.

dont worry about not concentrating on advanced concepts in c.

after you have confidence then start learning another language as reqd ,
VB , Java or anyother as you require.

in this way , you will get a solid grip in programming .

with regards,
