Glitches at uC o/p for BLDC motor driving

Hello All,

I observed that almost 5 to 10 us glitches appeared at uC o/p.
Is it possible that this glitch will damage the MOSFETs when at same time PWM is on at Higher side of uC.

We are operating the H-bridge for Controlling BLDC Motor.

What will be solution foe reducing the glitches ?
