problem with programming

hye, can anyone help me with the programming for PIC16F877A ? my application variable input voltage which are from 2V to 24 V . . the problem it is how can i generate different duty cycle for this variable voltage so that it can give an output at CCP..then from CCp i will send this pwm signal to my buck n boost circuit..can someone show me the programming
