Count down timer

Hi guys!

I am currently making a program which needs to have a 24-seconds count-down timer, a 24-shot clock timer to be precise. I'm currently using a Max II starter kit in verilog hdl script. The output should be displayed on a 4-digital 7-segment led display. Any help will do. Thank you in advance! :D
