how to design phase/freq detector & prescaler in cadence

hi, everybody,
May you tell me what design enviroment is used to simulate phase/frequency detector? Does analog design enviroment can support the PFD and prescaler simulation?

To simulate PFD and Prescaler you need analog Environment. You need to DC Transient Simulation and Phase Noise Simulation of PFD.
