how to handle bias ground and RF ground of PA?

hello. one question about how to handle the bias dc ground and RF ground? They use the same ground or seperate them & connect at one point?

Generally there is no need to split the ground for DC bias and RF. In most cases, a single solid ground plane is the best choice because it keeps ground potential lower between every ground point and helps reduce noise and EMI, and get no IM degradation.
