How to program Spartan XCS10 FPGA?

please i have fpga spartan xcs10 ,i have a web back 4.2 but i can't find it in it so i don't know how to program it , :cry:
can any body suggets me a tool to program it
thanks for any body want's to help.

I think the last version of ISE to support the spartan 10 is ver 3.3

I think you can find in in the foundation ; ask xilinx for free evaluation
