I am currently having a self study in repairing computer motherboards. I just have some few questions to ask you and I am hoping you can help me nurture my confuse mind. Here are the questions:

1.) What is the usual hot air rework station (Air - Heat) settings in DESOLDERING:
a.) N-Channel Mos fets in VRM block?
b.) Integrated Circuits?
c.) N.bridge and S.brdige Chipset?
d.) Small Resistors / Capacitors?

2.) Would I be able to destroy or broke the MOS FETS if I set the AIR - HEAT to both Maximum (7 Air : 7 Heat)?

3.) Is it possible to desolder MOS FETS if I would use 30W Soldering iron instead of Hot Air Stn? If it so, how?

That are the questions. and I hope it won't bother you so much answering it. I am looking forward to your answer sir. Btw, I use Aeolus SMD 850C Rework Station.

Thanks.
