hi
How I can obtain out-power of a cross-coupled LC-vco with ADS in attached form:.
Plz help me.

does ADS provide a Spectrum Analyzer device?

I expect you'd use a DFT function (I do not use ADS) to
get voltage, calculate the power and 10log10 it.

Either that is a sloppy little oscillator, or you ought to dial
down the resolution bandwidth until the picture ceases
to change. You won't get decent amplitude accuracy until
you lose the frequency-smearing.
