How to implement CITI file to HSpice stackup analyzing code?

Ansoft HFSS to HSpice

I want to analyse my stackup using HSpice. I am using the S parameters generated by HFSS. The S parameters can be exported from HFSS as a CITI file, but I am stuck beyond this How am I supposed to implement this in my code?
Examples would be a big help.

my understanding is that the s-parameter has to be converted into RLC netlist before hspice can do anything about it. ansoft has some package for this purpose.
