Hi everyone,

I am in need of the spice model of PHEMT low noise amplifier MG-72543. I searched the whole froum and googled it, but I only came up with the s-parameters.

Thank you...

ADS model exists but not SPICE. You should use Agilent ADS software.

Thanks for your help. I do not have ADS now, but I'll try to find.

I want to ask one more question.

If you study the datasheet of MGA-72543 there are a 3 types of biasing:
Gate bias
Source resistor bias
Adaptive bias

I'm going to use this IC as a negative resistance for a dielectric resonator oscillator operating around 4.25 GHz.

On the internet and in the datasheet gate bias is used. My question is is there any difference of stability between gate biasing and source resistor biasing?

Thanks

The monolithic IC amplifiers don't have SPICE models because there are few-probably different- components in it...
