solar boat race .. need help " sos "

hey guys i am participating in a solar boat race competetion and need some simple and light circuits to drive my motor .

does any one has such circuit to drive my motor from 3 solar cell each of 2volts at 150 mA .

some one suggested me a mppt circuit. i dont know what it is exactly .
