"Reverse current",what does it means on forward Synchronous Rectifiers ?

The transistors you use in the rectifier pass current when they are off.

"reverse current",what reason cause it?

Semiconductors has back or "revers current"!
Sorry its a basic notion over tenth of years...
Revers current means, their flows back, builded trough minority charge carrier.
