next semster i will start my pHD reserch
any one can provide me with atopic and help me to finish the reserch i will pay for that 10000$

the reserch should be related to the following:

1_digital commuincation(coding ,source coding,modulation)

2_OFDMS
3_chanel fading
4_diversty
5_chanel modling
6_or if he has a topic related to digital communcation and wireless we can discusse that

It is sad, rich people who want to take a PhD, I have worked with a few of them in the past, dumb as hell, but with a PhD and a much higher salary than me with years of experience and a BSc!

Oh man, there is no limit of how pathetic rich student are. Sad that you will be a manager in France one day someone who can not even come with an idea for his own PhD!
 

And who is paying the government to pay for this student??

My English is far from perfect, but with some help of the spell checker, I think I can manage better than a lazy guy that not even takes the time to clear out the little red lines underneath the words...
 

Rich people needs to work like all of us. Your money can't buy your way up, you are fooling yourself if you think you can. All people that are your friends are out to get your money and when you are broke it is too late my friend. Come up with your own idea(google) and you will be proud of yourself that you did.

Let me get this straight.
1. Someone provides you with a simple idea, and you pay $2000 USD?
2. Someone provides you with everything complete and you give $10 000 USD?

HOW can anyone be sure they will get your money if they meet your requirements?
