It’s a construction of door lock based on EM4095 chip set.
Responsible for working all device is ATmega8 with outer 8MHzquartz. Steering program made in AVR BASCOM need 34% processor power.
Lock functions are:
1 memory up to 10 cards RFID
2 checking cards and opening/locking if card is right one.
3 manually lock steering ( from house)
4 testing accumulators voltage 12V 7.2A and in case of founding low battery, sound signal
5 charger steering
To have possibility to move bolt I used pattern servo with metal toothed wheels, servo must be remake so potentiometer have possibility to rotate without limit.
At the casinkg of lock, there are two limiters, thanks to them processor know when should stop and is it “on” or “off”. Off course there is possibility to open door lock in traditional way – by a key.
After two weeks of working, everything is ok.
At the pictures you can see also a power supply.
