An L1C1 tank is capacitively coupled to a second L2C2 tank using a capacitor C.

What is the formula for the coupling coefficient k for capacitive coupling?

I know that if k*(SQRT(Q1*Q2))=1, the circuits are critically coupled, but I don't know the formula for k for capacitive coupling.
