calibre lvs problem!!!

I am doing LVS with calibre but there is a "different port number" error.

After checking the lvs report, the report says

there are much more ports extracted from GDSII than in the netlist to be compared.

Here are the messages:

**************************************************************************************************************
INCORRECT PORTS

DISC# LAYOUT NAME SOURCE NAME
**************************************************************************************************************

2 FE_PHN62_c_10_ on net: FE_PHN62_c_10_ ** missing port **
3 FE_PHN24_c_3_ on net: FE_PHN24_c_3_ ** missing port **
4 FE_PHN68_in1_r_0_ on net: FE_PHN68_in1_r_0_ ** missing port **
5 FE_PHN69_in2_r_0_ on net: FE_PHN69_in2_r_0_ ** missing port **
6 FE_PHN79_in1_r_3_ on net: FE_PHN79_in1_r_3_ ** missing port **
7 FE_PHN12_c_1_ on net: FE_PHN12_c_1_ ** missing port **
8 add_x_9_0_carry_2_ on net: add_x_9_0_carry_2_ ** missing port **

I wonder that "FE_PHN62_c_10_ " is a net and how can it possible be

recognized as a port??

How to solve this problem???

Thank you~~~

I think the nets are being identified as ports due to the "layoutText" file. These nets are mentioned as a port/pin in the layoutText file.

Hope you know what is layoutText file.
