Hi edaborders,

I need to model the following delay cell (source: A Low-Noise 900MHz VCO in 0.6pm CMOS by Chan-Hong Park, Beomsup Kim) to size the transitors.
Who can help ?
Any tutorials/examples regarding how to model a circuits in AC ?
