It´s possible? Where?

I can planned use the Wavecom modens with ARM core integrated, but are expensive at moment in my country (Brazil).

Please note that buying low cost modem means you get what you paid for . Be prepared that some functions wont work properly, hanging , and high failure rate .

thank you for your guidance about 45$ tc35i
but i have four questions .i think you can help me because you have worked
with the set.1)can the modem connect to a uc only with a max232? 2)can the modem recieve messages addition to sending and send data to serial port because of it's recieving ? 3)in every contry serial number for the handset is verified and so the handset owner should have a regestration from the telecommunication center what about this modems? 4)about the dorukan ! whole data was only in turkish and i didn't realize whether they still have tc35i ?you can help me just by four (yes or no)'s

BENQ has cheap GSM/GPRS modules about USD40. But, they have stopped producing them because there are a lot of companies in China making them way much cheaper (~USD25 - USD30). But you can still find lots of them in the market.
