Hello, everyone,

Currently I am designing an single-ended LNA, I have used PSS+PAC and got the IP3, but how to draw the plot of IP3 versus bias current (or other variables) in spectre? Thank you very much for helping a noob...

Best regards,

Write your IIP3 equation in the outputs menu and then make your simulations by changing bias current utilizing parametric simulation. So, when you change bias current, for each step PSS+PAC will calculate IIP3 and you'll obtain IIP3 vs bias current curve.

Hi I have some several questions.

How are you sweeping the current. are you using current mirror to do it. also load condition is important. how are you doing this simulation. could you explain it deeply..

with regards.
