Problem with charge of ACER Aspire 5632

hello,

I have an ACER ASPIRE 5632 laptop that has a problem charging battery. When connected to the sector, Windows can see it happening in the sector but it does not recharge the battery. I changed the battery and the same thing. Without the battery connected to the mains it does not start. Could you help me or give me a diagram of the power part of the motherboard.
