How to use a library without scan cell to insert scan chain?

I used the Design Vision made by Synopsys and the library is OSU_FreePDK in 45nm. But this library doesn't have a scan cell so I can't directly insert scan chain.
I read the DFT Compiler User Guide: Scan, but still can;t find the answer.
I asked the author from OSU_FreePDK, he told me "if you use Synopsys for synthesis, it should be able to put a scancell together from a mux and a flip-flop."
But until now I found no answer. Can anybody help me? Thank you.

don't always finding answers in doc.. Just try it.
 

Yep U could find the scan-DFF description in the library doc.

I think you also have a way of defining your own scan cells by instantiating the existing library modules.
