smps - dimming 100w halogen lamp

hi,
anybody can help...
smps:
universal input (185 v ac ~ 264 v ac )
15 v dc output
load :
100 watts halogen bulb
question:
is it possible to control or make my output voltage variable in order to dim my 100w load halogen bulb?

for that first you should find out what is the minimum voltage the bulb requires to turn on without flickering.

without knowing the working range of that bulb, how do you expect to control it.
