dac 10v

Hi,

I am searching nowadays for a Digital to Analog converter chip with 0-10v analog ouput that can deliver a current of about 250 mA but I didn't find any! The resolution isn't that important at the moment.

Can you help me and explain how can I do something like that or suggest a solution to this problem?

thanks in advance.

Hi, perhaps you can describe on your application,
why do you need a varying voltage with the 250mA?
There could be other solution.
Are you trying to output the signal for dimming?

Just put an amplifier circuit after the DAC.

A non inverting opamp amplifier circuit is suitable for DC amplification.

Thanks ... that's helpful :)

For fine tuning you should fix the feed back resistor as more than maximum value and very high value variable resistor connected in parallel with Rf.

This setup should much useful for calibrate your system with accuracy.

Bye.
