FPGA tools- sending/receving data through USB-JTAG interface

Hello everybody
i need tool (matlab, labview, .....) to help me in sending/Receving data from/to computer to/from FPGA board (Virtex II Pro). BUT through the USB-JTAG interface only.

The situation is like that: the FPGA board is the channel of certain communication system. i need to send the modulated data from computer to that channel. then, receiving it again to computer. i need NOT to use serial port or any interface except USB-JTAG.

If it is during development that you need to communicate, then use MathWorks MatLab Simulink with System Generator. Then use 'hardware-in-the-loop'.
