what is the diff betweeen static solver and fullwave solver?
 

Just what it sounds like. Static solvers assume static (non-dynamic) conditions to make the solving significantly simpler/faster. Fullwave solvers do not assume static conditions so can provide solutions for significantly more complex, non-steady state, etc problems.
