chrt rfcmos

I have designed a low noise amplifier and gotten the satisfied simulation results when it was simulated in ADS.
Unluckly, the simulation results in cadence(ic5141+mmsim610) is very bad. The paraments are all the same. The difference is that the PDK in ADS is TSMC rf cmos 0.18um v5 and the PDK in cadence is chrt rf cmos 0.18. What's more, in order to translate the single-end signal to differential signal, I have used the "TF" ,which seems no current flows though, in ADS and "balun" ,current can flow though, in cadence.
Dose anybody know why? Dose anybody have a sucessful example(LNA plus mixer with about 3-4 dB total noise) simulated in cadence with chrt rf cmos 0.18 process? thanks!
