anybody knows Zuken cadstar pcb design software.what about ur opinion?

If you are learning go ahead but for career growth Learn PADS or ALLEGRO or ALtium.

It has excellent route editor but is a bit dificult to learn. I f you have worked on any other tool previoysly you will find it completely differnet.
But I would say if you are designing high speed boards go for it.
