implementing error pattern file on error correction codes

error in pattern file

Hi all,

I am presently working on developing forward error correction codes for a particular data. I have successfully run the simulation for Reed-Solomon, Convolutional and concatenatedd codes using BPSK modulation over an AWGN Channel. I need to implement it on a mobile communications channel.

In this case, i have an error pattern file with different simulation starting positions. The Starting positions (in byte) for the 10 different runs were specified for each bit-error file.

Please i urgently need a hint on how to implement this on the error correction codes using matlab.
