filter coupling

Dear cavity filter experts,
I am designing a cavity filter, and the coupling between adjacent cavities are coupling via a window. I also want to add a screw in the window to tuning the coupling. In this case, which kind of installation is better: vertical or horizontal ? Can you discuss the pros and cons of the two configurations?

Thanks.
