SOC that allow to transport TDM channels over VoIP using SIP

I am looking for an SOC that would allow me to transport my TDM channels over VoIP using SIP.

It would be like, i have 32 TDM channels with PCM. I'd require 32 SIP clients to register to each

I've been looking for such an SOC but havent found any except Mindspeed Comcerto 500 series voice processors.

anyother suggestions ? or any other way to do this ?
