Could you please tell me where I can find 2-pi model circuit for onchip transformer, inductor and capacitor? or tell me the ebook too?

Go through Sonnet User Guide manual, it has very usefull topic on Spice models,
specifically Chapter 21 "SPICE Model Synthesis"
